Sacred
To The Memory of
[MARY] ANN KELLEY
a native of Woodstock
in this County
Who departed this Life
April 30th 1827:
In the 21st Year of her AGE.
IN Grief too oft we hear it idly said;
[____] not at ease and wish that I were dead.
But yet when death his solemn wi[__] makes
How the Mind trembles and the Fabrick shakes
Then bear your sorrow with a mind serene
And leave to Providence [___] the change of scene
He best can tell the cause of all your grief
And knows when best we merit his relief
Hence so my friend despond no more
C[___]ate [__] the Father [__] and Poor
[___]ed [___] Infirm by [__] a friend
And [___] your [__]sin sympathy will end.
